If I don’t take your insurance, many health insurance providers offer out-of-network benefits. You can find out more by calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking, “What are my out-of-network benefits?”​​

Co-pays are paid on the day of service. Clients are responsible for knowing their deductible. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card for more information about what your insurance covers and what you are financially responsible for.
